PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS AND PRICES
Every effort is made to ensure that prices shown are accurate at the time you place your order. If an error is found, Joe Hughes International Ltd will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price, or cancelling. All items are offered subject to availability. If on receipt of your order, the item(s) you have ordered are not in stock, Joe Hughes International Ltd will inform you as soon as possible, giving you the option to have them placed on back-order for dispatch when returned to stock. If you decline this option, a reduction in payment equal to the value of the out of stock items will be made.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
Sometimes, items are, for a variety of reasons, temporarily out of stock. If a product you have ordered is out of stock, we tell you about the problem, dispatch the rest of your order as normal, and place the out of stock item on back order. We try to estimate when new stocks will arrive and always give you the option of cancelling either the whole order or simply the out of stock item, if you would prefer not to wait. If you do opt to await new stock arriving, we would debit your card for the whole of the original order, plus postage and packing charges, on dispatch of the part order. The out of stock item will be forwarded to you immediately it becomes available, without further shipping charges.
All prices on this website are subject to VAT, this is currently charged at 20%. Goods exported to non-EC countries will not be charged VAT. If you are an EC customer with a VAT number, please contact us in the first instance so that we can recalculate your sale and refund the cost of the VAT, a VAT invoice will be provided with your goods.
You have the right to cancel your order with us, in accordance with Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. The period in which you have to exercise that right, by law is 14 days, however Joe Hughes International Ltd do allow 28 days beginning after your goods are received. The unused goods, as sold including any offer/free item(s) received in conjunction with the returned item(s) must be returned, at the customer’s expense, in the original packaging within the 28 days of notice to cancel. We reserve the right to have the goods inspected by a technician prior to replacement or refund. The above compliments your statutory rights, which remain unaffected.
In the unlikely event your order is damaged in transit please contact us immediately on 01332 769578. Please retain the original package for returning your order. Our couriers will arrange a time suited with you to come and inspect and collect the parcel. We will arrange for a prompt replacement or refund, whichever is your preference.
If you suspect a fault with your product please call us on 01332 769578, you will be advised the best method for dealing with your problem. All products on this website are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 30 days from the date of purchase, this does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse. Manufacturers Defect Found:
- If the item(s) are discontinued we will offer a replacement of equal or better specification.
- The item(s) will be repaired, replaced or the value of returned item(s) refunded at your discretion.
We strive to resolve any and all disputes in a timely manner. If you escalate any PayPal or Credit Card charges to dispute/chargeback with PayPal and our charges are determined to be valid by PayPal, we reserve the right to charge a £20 administrative fee per transaction.
14 DAY RETURN POLICY
For most products bought on our site you have a legal right to change your mind and cancel the order within 14 days and receive a refund. If you notify us after products have been dispatched to you or you have received them, you must return them to us. You will be responsible for bearing the cost of returning the goods. We will process your refund within 14 days from the day on which we receive the goods back and will refund you the price you paid for the products excluding delivery costs, by the method you used for payment. If you wish to return any item or cancel your order before the 14 day period, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that PayPal charges are non-refundable.
Any orders which are cancelled by the customer before the goods are dispatched will be refunded minus the PayPal charges which are non-refundable. Refunds are usually processed within 7 working days.
