Delivery and Returns
All products ordered are usually dispatched the same day but this is not guaranteed and is subject to stock availability. If you would like to check the stock of an item previous to ordering then you can call or email us via our 'Contact Us' Page.
Your order will normally be dispatched the same day if we receive it before 12.00pm, Monday to Friday, with the exception of English public holidays. We will try to dispatch orders received before 12.00pm on the same day, but if that is not possible, they will usually be dispatched the next working day.
Items dispatched with a courier service will generally arrive with you the following day.
Items dispatched with Royal Mail can take a few days to arrive with you and that is beyond our control.
PLEASE NOTE: All services are normally delivered next day but this is not guaranteed as we cannot be held responsible for problems beyond our control.
Items are delivered by UPS, UK Mail, DHL Couriers or Royal Mail.
All Deliveries Must be signed for on delivery at the shipping address given to us by the customer and all products are fully insured.
Please see table below for all postage charges and countries we ship to. PLEASE NOTE, these prices are subject to change, dependent on country, weight and amount of items purchased. In some cases we may need to request further postage payment to send the order. Please direct message us for a postage quote if unsure or the required country is not listed.
14 Day Return Policy
For most products bought on our site you have a legal right to change your mind and cancel the order within 14 days and receive a refund. If you notify us after products have been dispatched to you or you have received them, you must return them to us. You will be responsible for bearing the cost of returning the goods. We will process your refund within 14 days from the day on which we receive the goods back and will refund you the price you paid for the products excluding delivery costs, by the method you used for payment. If you wish to return any item or cancel your order before the 14 day period, please email us at info@joehughesinternational.com.
If you wish to return a product please e-mail us to let us know the item is coming back to us with the following details.
- Order Number
- Full Name and address
- Email Address
When sent back to us, you must include a copy of your invoice and a covering note explaining the fault and what you may have done to resolve the problem so that we can deal with your return as efficiently as possible. Also the product should be in its original packaging and all component parts included
PLEASE NOTE:
- It is the customers responsibility to cover the cost of return to us and make sure that it is well packaged.
- It is recommend that you use recorded or special delivery as we can not be liable for any loss or damage in transit.
- Any returns that are returned for non-broken reasons (e.g. unwanted after cooling off period) may incur a charge of up to 15%.
- If returned goods are found non faulty, there will be a return fee of the carriage amount.
